Holly A. Tyo

Holly A. Tyo, age 54 of Louisville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 19th, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. Holly was born on December 1, 1964 in Canton, Ohio. Holly loved crocheting, needlepoint work, and putting puzzles together. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Lee Tyo and a half-brother, Eddie Talkington. Holly is survived by her loving mother, Beatrice Tyo; birth mother, Cheryl Talkington; three half-sisters, Heidi (Bob) Freshhour, Heather and Hope Talkington; step-brother, Tim Tice; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; boyfriend, Benny Smith. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home, 303 South Chapel Street, Louisville, Ohio 44641. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA in Holly’s name.
